Making a good enquiry...
Once, a ex boss chided me for making costing error on my quotation in the course of my work. He said '' Chong Lai, i do not know how you arrived at this number, as far as i know, you do not attend the same math lessons as most of us do'' It etched on me to buck up my work after such an comment.
What have that do with boxes enquiry... It does.
Many a time, enquiries comes in with a question that need a box to put something like a photoframe... a notebook, a PS4, a camera, a mug, a wine bottle, a invitation card... Yes, we all know how these items size up to be in its very image. To trap them inside a box, we will need the exact size of LENGTH, BREADTH AND HEIGHT of your item so that we can find a box that can do the job. A mug can be as thin as 6cm and as fat as 10cm. Therefore, a 5.5cm box nor a 9cm box will not fit that mug although it is close.
It is easier to speak and deal if we have a measurement on hand so we could save some to and forthing in checking out the right box for the gift.
